Let's talk cookware

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum order quantity for Papilla-branded cookware — you can order from our existing range at the quantity you need. Private label and OEM production starts at 3,000 units per SKU.

What are your lead times?

Papilla-branded products ship in 7 days. Private label and OEM orders take 4–5 weeks in production, counted from the confirmed order and the approved sample.

Do you quote FOB or Ex Works?

Both. We quote FOB Mersin for sea freight, or Ex Works at our factory in Niğde if you arrange collection yourself. Tell us your destination and we will quote the terms that suit your route.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Papilla is a manufacturer, not a trading company. We have produced aluminum cookware at our own facility in Niğde, Türkiye since 1999 and export to more than 85 countries.

Do you sell single pieces or retail quantities?

Papilla.com.tr is our B2B and manufacturing site. For single pieces and retail quantities, shop at papillacookware.com.
